Let's work through this together.

Counselling can help you move towards alignment through gaining insight into problematic patterns, processing past challenges, developing effective coping strategies, and recognizing the harmful effects of the oppressive systems we live within.

As a Counsellor, I provide a non-judgmental stance to help you feel safer and brave enough to share your innermost thoughts and emotions. By feeling truly seen and understood, you can break away from what’s keeping you stuck and feel empowered to make changes in your life and improve your overall well-being.

Hi I'm Sarah,

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Approved Clinical Supervisor (#12933) with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. I practice from intersectional-feminist and trauma-informed approaches. Aside from being a Counsellor, I am a mother, partner, daughter, aunt, sister, friend, and community member – I’m a real human who has encountered my own struggles in life!

I work alongside clients through a collaborative approach offering perspectives and strategies from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-processing, EMDR, feminist therapy, queer theory, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Learn more about me here.
