Individual counselling offered virtually and/or in-person for adults ages 18+ who are seeking support to gain insight, make changes, understand how the past impacts the present and future, develop coping skills, identify and live a life in alignment with one’s values, and understand the impacts of structural oppression that impact everyone.

Clinical Supervision for Counsellors in training (practicum) in BC or Clinical Consultation for Registered Clinical Counsellors offered virtually and/or in-person. Both Supervision and Consultation incorporate Laura Brown’s supervisory feminist therapy principles including attending to power, boundaries, and hierarchy in supervision. I have completed training (30 hours) in Clinical Supervision Foundations led by Jante White where I learned to apply the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision.
Consulting
Consulting and support for organizations and companies in any stage of mental wellness programming development and/or delivery. From identifying program needs/goals, to program content/curriculum creation, participant recruitment strategies, to program evaluation. My experience includes overseeing and supporting the delivery and provincial expansion of the YMCA Y Mind program which grew from one location with internal funding to over 30 sites across BC through securing provincial funding. The scaling of Y Mind included working with an Indigenous consultant, liaising with various sectors from provincial government, to healthcare, to education, to nonprofit, to creating partnerships with organizations across the province to meet funder deliverables.
